Does ourcase.co guarantee satisfaction?
You matter! We 100% guarantee your complete satisfaction. Each product ordered from us will have to go under checking by our team before it gets delivered on your doorstep. Although we are doing everything it takes to make sure the product arrives in a perfect condition, we cannot cross out the possibilities that things may happen. But we got you! If you discover any defect with the product upon shipping, kindly take pictures of the flaw or better yet take a video upon unboxing so we can solve it for you. We will collaborate with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.
However, if you are dissatisfied with the product, please do fill up the forms/send us an email stating the reason of return within 1-2 days from receiving your order. With ourcase.co, time and effort is of importance.
Listed below are restrictions with our return and exchange policy:
  • If you choose Cash on Delivery as your payment method, you can only return items for an exchange or store credit.
  • Customers are responsible for all fees associated with returns.
  • Please note that both the standard and express shipping fees are non-refundable.
Because we want things to work easy on both ends, we recommend that our customers use registered and traceable services while returning the package to ensure the safety of the product before it gets to our team. Please take note that the consumer is responsible for the return package until we receive it.
